  • No. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability. Every reservation is personally reviewed before confirmation. Once your request has been approved and the required payment has been received, you'll receive your reservation confirmation.

  • Reservations made more than 72 hours before pickup require a reservation deposit to confirm the booking. Reservations requested within 72 hours of pickup require full payment at the time of confirmation.

  • A reservation deposit secures your scheduled date and time and allows us to reserve the vehicle exclusively for your transportation. Deposit requirements help ensure availability and protect reserved time for confirmed clients.

  • Payment instructions will be provided once your reservation has been approved. Graham Lux accepts major credit and debit cards through Square, as well as Zelle and Cash App. Reservations are confirmed only after the required payment has been received.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling requests are governed by our Reservation & Cancellation Policy. Please review the policy for complete details regarding applicable timeframes, deposits, refunds, and rescheduling options.

  • We understand that travel plans can change. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

  • Yes. Airport reservations include flight tracking so we can adjust for qualifying delays and help ensure a smooth pickup experience.

  • Yes. Multi-stop transportation can be accommodated. Please include all requested stops when submitting your reservation so we can prepare an accurate quote.

  • Yes. Graham Lux offers customized transportation for weddings, corporate events, executive travel, multi-day itineraries, and other special occasions. Submit a Custom Transportation request, and we'll tailor a transportation plan to your needs.

  • Graham Lux proudly serves the Greater Houston area and surrounding communities. Transportation outside our standard service area may be available upon request and may include additional travel charges.

  • We recommend submitting your reservation request as early as possible to maximize availability. Reservations requested within 72 hours of pickup are welcome but are subject to availability and require full payment upon confirmation.
